A. The more you listen the better you will get at triggering yourself into a comfortable running state of mind while physically running. You will benefit from listening to TSR once a day. Listening more than once a day will enhance your experience and most importantly will not risk injury such as running more than once a day will.
Q. I seem to fall asleep when I listen to Trance State Running. Am I doing it wrong?
A. Some people go deeper into trance then others and take more time to come out or even fall asleep. Therefore, if you are worried about staying in a trance or falling asleep set an timer/alarm for 45 minutes when you start Trance State Running so you will be re-alerted after 45 minutes.
